Refund/Reship Policy 

We guarantee you will be satisfied with our products. If we did not meet your expectations, call us no later than 3 days of receiving the products. If 3 days have gone by since you have received the products, we will not offer you a refund or reshipment due to most of our products being perishable.

To be eligible for a refund/reship, you must call us within 3 days from the date of receiving the products. You may be requested to take pictures of the box, fruit and the packaging. This helps our team improve our shipping procedures and provide better service for customers in the future. 

If you purchased your products and took them on the plane or you had your products shipped via FedEx/UPS, we will work with you to make sure we meet your needs.

Additional non-returnable items: 
Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We can find your order by the order number as well. Online orders will be a 4-digit number (#4585) and in-store will be a 5 digit number or more (#3-5676).

Please do not send your purchase back to Mr. Pineapple.

Refunds (if applicable) 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will refund the product and cost of shipping.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Reship (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or rotten inside the fruit. Contact us at aloha@mrpineapple.com or call us at 808-871-6798.

If your shipment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, contact us immediately. We will wait for that box to arrive and then determine whether anything needs to be replaced.
