MR. PINEAPPLE guarantees we hand pack and pick out only quality fresh ripe pineapple. Here at MR. PINEAPPLE we take pride in the quality of products we sell . MR. PINEAPPLE ships only the highest quality Hawaiian products. We receive farm fresh picked ripe pineapple daily. Please enjoy the pineapple within 2 days of receiving for best flavor and quality.

MR. PINEAPPLE ships every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, no same day shipping, if you need it shipped same day please call toll free # 1-877-871-1943 - we cannot promise to get it out but we can do our best to work with you.

We have an early Fedex pick up time. we ship out next shipping day after payment is received. MR. PINEAPPLE does not ship outside continental united states at this time. except Hawaii and Alaska.

For Alaska there will be additional shipping charges.

To Non-WCO Areas: 2day

Please note: We work hard to meet expectations and ship your product on-time. However, due to shipping factors outside of our control (such as severe weather conditions, criminal acts, labor disputes, or national or local disruptions in air or ground transportation), there is the chance your product will not arrive on the expected date.

If you have a Release Signature on-file with FedEx which authorizes FedEx to deliver the package without obtaining a signature, please consider having it removed to ensure your package will not be left in conditions that will result on the wilting or freezing of your fresh product

MR. PINEAPPLE cannot guarantee the pineapple after 48 hours of you receiving due to it being perishable.
